These terms apply to campsite, pod and lodge bookings at Tyn-yr-Onnen. Please read them before booking.
Your booking
- A booking becomes binding when we issue written confirmation after receiving the required payment.
- The lead guest must be over 18 and the stated maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
- Accommodation is provided for holiday use only for the dates in your confirmation.
- Requests to change dates are subject to availability and any price difference.
During your stay
- Please care for the accommodation and tell us about defects within 24 hours of arrival.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in accommodation.
- WiFi is provided, but speed and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Vehicles and belongings are left at your own risk.
- Follow the property rules, campsite notices and Countryside Code.
Payment and cancellation
The payment schedule is shown during booking and in your confirmation. We recommend suitable travel insurance. Camping cancellations within 14 days and pod cancellations within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refund is given for poor weather, late arrival, early departure or voluntary departure.
If we must cancel for reasons outside our control, we will contact you and refund payments made to us.
Pets
Pets are accepted only where stated. They must be house-trained, treated for parasites, kept under control and not left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning or damage costs.
Personal information
We use your information to manage your booking and payment in line with our privacy policy. We do not store payment-card details.
